Practicing Taekwondo requires dedication and discipline to master the art. However, representation of grade in Taekwondo martial art is done with the help of Stripes on the uniform. Thanks for the article which briefs the levels in this martial art.

You only get scored once. If you do your pattern one time they score you immediately after. If you do it a second time they use their black belt mind tricks to completely forget about the first pattern and only score the second (and deduct one total point from that score).

If you perform your form twice, is your official score the better of the two or the second score?

Wow! What else can I say. Tiffany, I'm totally blown away by your words. I just hope I can live up to them.
Ms. Thompson, I do remember speaking to you at the Tupelo tournament. I look forward to seeing you get your 7th degree!

Memories ... I was one of those people who cried when I did pass a national testing. My first no-change was a national testing 5 1/2 years ago in Tupelo and it probably doesn't stick out in Ms. Peck's mind, but she talked to me afterward and made me feel good about my form and sparring, which made me feel less like giving up. Of course, it took me 3 more no-changes in a row to figure out my 2-board breaking issue ... And I here I am co-owning a school. And feeling motivated ... if she can do it, so can I, although I'd be at least 66 when I'd test for 7th! Never give up!
